A little about Tera...

A resident of Vernon, I have four awesome kids, a horse and a dog I'm completely obsessed with!  I'm passionate about many things and my list of interests is too long to list!  People are surprised to learn I'm an introvert because I can be a bit of a jokester.  I'm an empath at heart, but laughter is great for the soul!! I thrive on evolving and love watching others evolve too!  If I can help them with that in any way well, that's very cool to me! 

Being an Ideal Protein Coach has taught me that weight loss doesn't have to be so serious, and it's totally OK to ask for help! I just want people to succeed and stay in a place where they're happy and thriving instead of fighting a silent battle and living a stagnant lifestyle.  

I named the clinic Sky's The Limit Health because I love the meaning behind it.  Sky's The Limit can be applied to everyone and anything that's going on your life, not just weight loss.  Sky is a family name so it was chosen with love and health means one's mind, body and overall well being.  It's everything we pride ourselves on teaching here at Sky while helping others bring their goals, whatever they may be to fruition.

A little about Geri...

I’m so happy to be able to assist at the Sky’s The Limit Health Vernon office for a couple days a week.  Being semi-retired, this is the perfect opportunity to stay in the workforce and also enjoy some time off for travelling, hobbies and relaxing in the beautiful Okanagan. 

It is so heartwarming to see our clients succeed and thrive and learn how to change their lifestyle habits for the better. It means a lot to know that I can share in a small part of their Ideal Protein journey!
