Hi, I'm Tera, Owner & Coach at Sky’s The Limit Health — and I do what I do because I genuinely believe in helping people get out of their own way and into the life they were meant to live.

I didn’t start this business from scratch — I took it over from my former employer because I believed so deeply in the Ideal Protein program and the transformation it creates. I’ve seen how it changes lives, not just through weight loss, but through emotional growth and renewed confidence. That belief lit a fire in me, and I knew I had to keep it going.

Helping people shift their mindset, break through limiting beliefs, and experience those aha moments absolutely lights me up. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone realize their own power and take control of their journey. This work is my passion, my purpose, and something I pour my whole heart into.

Outside of the clinic, I’m a proud dog mom to two amazing pups who remind me every day of the beauty in living simply, loving fully, and staying present. They’ve been right by my side as I’ve built and nurtured this business, and their energy keeps me grounded.

I’m so happy to be able to assist at the Sky’s The Limit Health Vernon office for a couple days a week.  Being semi-retired, this is the perfect opportunity to stay in the workforce and also enjoy some time off for travelling, hobbies and relaxing in the beautiful Okanagan. 

It is so heartwarming to see our clients succeed and thrive and learn how to change their lifestyle habits for the better. It means a lot to know that I can share in a small part of their Ideal Protein journey!
